Video: How to improve your Presenting and Public Speaking Skills
19th May 2011 by Simon Malone 4 comments
We really love making videos for our clients from our green screen studio here in Cambridge, but for too long we have missed the opportunity to connect with people by producing our own video content. As a team we have been thinking about different ways of creating videos that would provide people with tips and tricks from the experience we all have in the live events and video production industries. Following on from the great discussions we had with people at our recent launch event, I am pleased to say that we have finally got round to making our first “Top Tips Video”!
We are planning to create a new video every week that people will (hopefully!) find both informative and useful. This first video follows on from one of Sean’s blog posts and features 10 tips that will improve your Presenting and Public Speaking skills.
We love hearing people’s feedback on what we do and would really value any comments that you may have on this video. We hope you find it useful and we will keep you posted when the next video is uploaded!
If you have any questions about Presenting or Public Speaking please do get in touch with us, or visit the Presenter Coaching page on our website.

love it... When it comes ti smart-ness, i think men's suits are the most blandest, boring clothes that have ever been made.. well, cheap suits anyway... women look better because they have more choice i think, but yes.. look smart, but dont look bland and fall into the crowd of everyone else.
Thanks for the comment. I think what to wear is a major decision for anyone getting up and presenting in front of an audience and is an important thing to get right. In my experience, for men presenting to a corporate or business orientated audience, the sensible option is for them to wear a smart suit as anything more causal than that often gives off the wrong message and can also alienate sections of their audience. I totally agree that there is no need to look dull, and many men I have worked with have worn shirts and ties that give a bit more colour and individuality to their appearance.
