PowerPoint is great for a whole range of presentation needs,
and most businesses would be lost without it! But it can be easy to overlook
the basics that can make or break your presentation, such as how to change the aspect ratio or size of you slides.
As standard, PowerPoint tends to start in the traditional square or 4:3 aspect ratio, which is fine for old projectors, but can look untidy on laptops, monitors and newer projectors which are now widescreen or 16:9 as standard.
