There’s nothing quite so nice as having a good old whinge about bad service, but what happens if it’s great, I mean really, really great customer service? I guess the answer is that I’m so accustomed to my needs being served in a mediocre way, that I’m not quite sure what to do when I encounter real professional customer service – people who are serious about what they’re doing.
